1. Services

Residential, student, commercial, loading/unloading, transportation, and storage services are performed based on details provided at booking.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are estimates.

Final pricing may change if:

• Additional items are added
• Time, labor, or scope increases
• Stairs, distance, or access differ
• Additional services are requested

3. Deposits & Payment

A $50–$100 non-refundable deposit may be required.

• Deposit may transfer if rescheduled
• Balance due at time of service unless otherwise agreed
• Card on file may be charged for unpaid balances

4. Packing Requirements

Items must be packed and ready unless packing is scheduled.

Additional labor charges apply for unprepared items.

Not responsible for:

• Customer-packed items
• Improper packing
• Items left inside boxes, drawers, or containers

5. Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply for:

• Fuel or travel
• Equipment use
• Stairs, long carries, or restricted access
• Waiting time

6. Access & Conditions

Customer must provide safe access and accurate job details.

Delays, access issues, or undisclosed conditions may result in additional charges.

Parking tickets, towing, or fines due to access issues may be added to invoice.

7. Damage & Liability

Liability limited to $0.60 per pound per item.

Not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Customer-packed items
• Internal or mechanical damage

Item condition may be documented prior to service.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours.

8. Prohibited Items

No transport or storage of hazardous, perishable, illegal, or restricted items.

9. Storage & Delivery

Delivery timing may vary based on scheduling and demand.

Peak periods may require delivery windows.

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling accommodated when possible.

11. Abandoned Items

Items unclaimed within 90 days may be disposed of or donated.

12. Agreement

Booking confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any applicable Service Agreement and Statement of Work.

13. SMS / Text Message Program

Program Name: Boss Hog Moving Co. Customer SMS Updates

Program Description: When you opt in, Boss Hog Moving Co. (CBM Services, LLC) will send you SMS messages related to your move or storage service. Messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, crew arrival updates, invoices, and post-move review requests.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive multiple messages around your move date and fewer messages outside of active service periods.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. Boss Hog Moving Co. does not charge separately for SMS messages.

How to Opt Out: To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
